We’re looking for a full-time accountant to join our team!

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Preparation of management accounts across 4x companies in a group structure
  • Director and auditor reporting
  • Leading a team of up to 3x book keepers
  • Supervising all Bank, Cash and Company Visa Reconciliation’s
  • Supervising of purchase and sales ledgers
  • Supervising the preparation of Vat 3, P30 and Management accounts
  • Cash flow planning and management
  • Strategic planning
  • Proficiency with Sage Line 50 or other accounting software, Micro pay & Microsoft Excel 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting.
  • For immediate start, five days per week.

Corporate Events, Conferences & Brand Activations

Event Fuel are seeking an experienced Event Manager for a permanent position with an immediate start. As an Event Manager, your primary role will be to organize corporate events, conferences, parties, brand activations and experiential campaigns.

You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and support the whole event process from concept, planning, through to event execution and carrying out post-event evaluation. The role is very hands-on, high pace and involves working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As an Event Manager, you will need to:

  • Fully understand client briefs and requirements
  • Develop strong client relationships within the client base
  • Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
  • Produce detailed proposals for events
  • Produce CPA’s, production schedules, running orders, staff schedules and other documentation
  • Research venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiate prices and hire
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics
  • Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
  • Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings
  • Organise event infrastructure and facilities
  • Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
  • Ensure smooth delivery of events, conferences and brand activation, being present on site throughout, manage timings, schedules all the while exceeding expectations of the client
  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
  • Produce post-event evaluation reports to inform future events
  • Research opportunities for new clients and events
  • Understand the creative process and the client brand (agency account manager)
  • To deliver the best branded solutions to the client and market

Salary

Salary will be dependent on previous experience.

Working hours

The successful applicant will generally work normal office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. In the lead up to an event, the event manager may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends.

The work is largely office based, you’ll need to travel to visit clients, partners, venues and other suppliers. You may need to work outside to plan and deliver the event, e.g. an outdoors concert or festival site.

Qualifications & Experience

– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Event Management role

– Experience working in an agency

– Top level client services and communication

– Third-level qualification is essential. Focus areas include Event Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or similar

– Experience working on corporate events, conferences and/ or brand events is essential

– Full Irish drivers licence is not essential, but a bonus

We’re looking for a full time bookkeeper to join our team!

Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience within an SME.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Bank, Cash and Company Visa Reconciliation’s
  • Maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
  • Assistance with the preparation of Vat 3, P30 and Management accounts
  • Proficiency with Sage Line 50 or other similar accounting software, Micro pay and Microsoft Excel
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping using Sage 50 accounts software.

 

Completion of a bookkeeping or accountancy course would be an advantage, preferably with a couple of years’ experience, but is not a requirement.

Must have a head for numbers, proven ability to work under pressure & strong multitasking skills.

For immediate start, five days per week.
